- What type of artwork do you accept?

We can accept artwork in any format. When using certain print processes we require the artwork in a specific format (vector for screen print). This will be clarified by your account manager when you place your order.
- Can I have a sample printed with my logo?

No, we do not offer samples printed with your logo. Samples sent will either be a previous order or plain stock. If you have a preference please advise when requesting the sample.
- Will I receive a layout proof for approval before my order is printed?

Yes, you will receive a PDF proof prior to print. This will need to be approved by yourself prior to production.
- Can you print our company logo in our specific pantone colours?

Yes, of course. Please specify the colours in a comment when you place an order.
- How do I send my logo to you?

You can upload it via the website or if you prefer you can email it to us.
- What are your payment methods?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfer and cheque payments.
- What is an Origination Charge?

Origination is the cost for setting up your artwork for print. When screen printing this is the cost for making the screen and setting up the machinery. When printing using sublimation this is the cost for preparing the artwork and printing the paper transfers. If you need further clarification please do not hesitate to contact us.
- How are your products printed?

This is dependent on your artwork and the product you require. Your account manager will offer the best print process for your design.
- Can I order a quantity that is not listed?

Yes, of course. Please advise the quantity you require and we will provide a quotation.
- How do I buy a sample?

Find the "Order a sample" link underneath the "Get my quote and free visual" button on the right hand column on the product page.
- Where can my products be delivered?

Our pricing includes delivery to one UK address as standard. We can deliver to most European countries and, on occasion, further afield. Please get in contact by asking a question, sending an email or calling us to confirm whether delivery to your country is possible.
