1. Inspection & Notification

2. Quality Review Process
To rectify any problems effectively, we may request the collection of the order so that our quality control team can inspect the goods. Please do not distribute any part of the order until the issue has been fully investigated, as we require the full batch for an accurate quality assessment.
3. Resolution
Once the order has been collected and quality-checked, and we have confirmed that either the product or the print is faulty, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement: We will rerun the faulty portion of the order as a priority.
- Refund: We will issue a refund or credit equal to the value of the faulty portion of the order.
